1946 Marilyn Monroe Original Photo Bernard Norma Jeane Griffith Park Pinup

This gorgeous photo was taken at Griffith park in California. Very difficult to find this shot from the original negative but sure enough the great Kim Goodwin had it. It's definitely a darkroom photograph, it's not a cheap inkjet or laser print. This was chosen for a book page, shown in photos, book not included. This is from, if not the best, then one of the very best Marilyn Monroe photo collectors of all time, Kim Goodwin.

Kim was a man of many talents, he loved and had a deep appreciation for Marilyn, he actually worked for photographer, George Barris, and chose to be paid in photographs and negatives. He was extremely talented, among many talents, he was a photographic preservationist, there are many books that credit him for the use of his photos. He was a highly skilled Marilyn doll designer, some would argue perhaps the best because his dolls looked so life like and captured Marilyn's beauty in a way no other designer could and they had a gracefulness to them that was unparalleled, and as mentioned above contributed to many books on her.
